1. PRACTICE – You will learn strategies to improve the way you practice. You’ll also discover which of the five learning modes works best for you personally.
2. ENERGY MANAGEMENT – How do you use that extra adrenaline to your advantage? What do successful athletes do before their game and how can you learn from them? Can both diet and exercise actually help you as a performer?
3. CONFIDENCE – Transform your inner critic into your inner coach (much more useful, isn’t it?) You will also learn how to motivate yourself andhow to use visualization and mental rehearsal to your own advantage.
4. COURAGE – Transform fear into courage. From stress to anticipation!
5. CONCENTRATION – You’ll learn how to concentrate on command. Exactly when you want. Stop over-thinking and get into that flow state-of-mind.
6. FOCUS – You’ll learn how to focus on things that will help improve your performance so that nothing else will distract you.
7. RESILIENCE – Learn strategies on how to change your natural reactions to mistakes (i.e., distractions, discouragement, tension) so that you can recover quickly and remain in your flow.
